What Youll Do

• Compliance Leadership: Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations, prevailing wage standards, and public works requirements, including subcontractor oversight.
• Apprenticeship Management: Support the Associated Builders & Contractors Apprenticeship Program and Skilled & Trained Workforce reporting.
• Documentation Excellence: Prepare and submit CPR and compliance documentation for projects, audits, and reporting.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Act as a key liaison between Payroll, Public Works administration, and other stakeholders to resolve compliance issues effectively.
• Process Innovation: Develop and implement best practices, deliver training, and contribute to ERP enhancements (e.g., FileMaker Pro).

What Youll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in prevailing wage compliance, with a solid understanding of California Labor Code.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel skills required) and a keen eye for detail, with excellent verbal, written, and math skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and resolve issues with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with DIR, DOL audits, or CWPAs.
• Familiarity with eCPR submission platforms like DIR eCPRs, LCP Tracker, eMars, and LAUSD CPR portal.
• Knowledge of Union/Project Labor Agreements or Project Stabilization Agreements.
• Experience using FileMaker Pro or similar ERP tools.
