Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Intermediate Technical Advisor to support the Advanced Research Projects
Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the
development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Serve as a technical advisor to the ARPA-H CIO.
2. Working closely with colleagues to foresee and address potential questions before presented to Leadership.
3. Provides technical expertise and support to the CIO.

Qualifications:
1.Experience in software development and technology infrastructure required
2. Experience in solutions architecture, user centered design, cloud, AI and agile.
3. Extensive cloud architecture experience preferred
4. At least 10 years of relevant experience.
5. Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, as well as complete
tasks of varying priority in parallel and under stressful deadlines.
6. Ability to meet deadlines.
7. Willingness to work in a high-paced environment.
8. Intellectual curiosity and interest in expanding knowledge to new scientific areas.
9. Prior ARPA experience (DARPA, IARPA, ARPA-E) experience preferred

Qualification Requirements:

Education
PhD, Computer Science or related scientific field

Clearance
HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
