Marketing Analytics - Senior Consultant/Principal
Location: Atlanta, GA only

work. We are a hybrid environment. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Atlanta Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Atlanta office up to 5 days a week if needed. *

The data and analytics team is searching for a consultant with experience in marketing technology, data and AI. This consultant needs to be able to recommend full-stack technology solutions that solve relevant problems for our clients such as: pricing, personalization, next best action, customer lifetime value, and loyalty programs. We are open to hiring at either the senior consultant or principle level title.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather and analyze data (e.g., AWS Sagemaker - python, SQL).
• Present findings and insights to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and marketing technology.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics functions with 3+ years of experience focused on marketing and sales.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficient working with cloud data platforms such as (e.g., AWS, Snowflake)
• Excellent data storytelling, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, MarTech platforms (eg, CDPs, audience management, campaign management) and customer data strategy is a plus
• Experience working with marketing and sales data such as customer journey, channel interactions, sales leads, churn etc.
• Experience performing exploratory data analysis on churn, conversion, web traffic etc. to arrive at data insights and business conclusions
• Experience building advanced analytics models such as customer lifetime value, marketing attribution, price elasticity etc.
