The Senior Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate entry processing for imports in North America in compliance with federal regulations. The Senior Trade Compliance Specialist will also complete and monitor paperwork associated with international transactions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Audit US and Customs Entries filed by Standard Textile and brokers.


• Process weekly and monthly statements and coordinate payment through Accounts Payable.


• Create exports documents and file in Automated Export System.


• Provide classification for new products.


• Advise duty rates when requested.


• Review products for Free Trade Agreement eligibility.


• Track Country of Origin Data and maintain origin database.


• Perform Post Entry Audits.


• Report on Overages and Shortages of imported goods that were received.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.


• 1-3 years in customs compliance.


• Licensed Customers Broker preferred.
