Sales Onboarding Specialist at Front Porch Communities and Services in Walnut Creek, California

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for fostering a supportive and engaging environment in order to accelerate the integration new sales hires and training by ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed of within the Front Porch communities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The duties listed below are essential functions of the position that must be performed to effectively perform the position in at least an acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch. In the future, other duties may be assigned and may also be considered essential functions of the position.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering sales techniques, company philosophy, policies, resident agreements, and best practices.
• Conduct in-person onboarding sessions for new sales hires at various community locations.
• Provide hands-on training in sales processes, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing techniques.
• Educate new hires on Front Porch's sales approach, emphasizing empathy, clarity, and respect in communication.

• Ensure new hires are proficient in required software tools, including CRM, data reporting systems, inventory management software, financial, sourcing and communication tools/platforms currently used.

• Instruct new hires on pricing structure, lead flow management, sales funnel management and inventory management

• Ensure new hires understand the importance of data reporting tools and accurate data entry and analysis.
• Ensure proficiency in generating and interpreting sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
