The Sr Manager, Collision Repair will lead and direct the accident repair services, which include end to end process ownership for Accident Repairs, and collision shop network management. Additionally, the Sr Manager will have knowledge related to Driver Services (loss report intake, rentals, and roadside), First Notice of Loss and Subrogation. The Collision Repair Manager will partner with other process owners to monitor, streamline, and enhance the driver, client, and shop experience. This position will collaborate with the Director on integrating and migrating accident management processes and systems into the department while developing industry best practices. In this role the Sr Manager will:
- Build and lead new truck and equipment repair programs including creating in house training and support for these new services. Additionally, he/she will build and oversee efforts to grow and manage our truck and equipment shop repair network.
- Build and lead new processes for the collision repair team, i.e. repair downtime and work with Strategic Programs on Armada account.
- Regularly interact with clients and prospect to share industry trending, update on our performance and value, Inform of our roadmap and plans for development
- Working with Director and AVP build and support strategic roadmap for service excellence as well as product and revenue growth
- Lead support and participate with team to enhance service offerings for large strategic accounts. Clients like Armada can represent over 20% of the departments work. This role acts as a key liaison to these large clients. You'll be expected to work with the client to identify needs and opportunities, then create and oversee custom processes that uniquely support their needs.
- The Accident Management Response team will report to this position. As part of leading this team, this position will perform root cause analysis to identify service improvement opportunities and then implement changes to improve the client experience.
- This position will oversee $300MM in billable services to our clients that generate over $40MM in company revenue.
- This position will evaluate leading industry software providers, create business cases, implement, and leverage software to provide world class customer support.
This position will have frequent interactions with clients, drivers, and vendors. This individual is responsible for monitoring and growing our revenue through partnering with supplier management to improve our repair network incentives and partnering with Product Management to offer new programs and solutions for our clients.

ASE / ICAR certified
