The Team Lead Collision Document Processor assists the Accident Management Team in identifying and associating inbound documents with loss reports and updating loss report status and letter control documents. This individual will lead in training new associates in teaching and explaining internal document identification and categorization processes. This person will be the main point of contact related to system issues and processing questions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Train new individuals on document identification and categorization of collision documents
Main contact related to processing questions and document system issues
Identify and categorize documents sent to collision management
Update loss report status based on inbound documents received
Update letter control documents based on documents received
May need to scan documents received via mail to allow for standard process identification
Utilize Kofax application to Batch and validate documents
Contact shops to request re-fax of estimate with the correct full VIN added.
Be available to assist within the department and with other groups and departments in Wheels.
Other duties as assigned.

Basic level automotive knowledge
Mid to high level knowledge of Kofax
Mid-level computer skills (including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years of Customer Service experience
Candidates with knowledge of Fleet, Vehicle or Collision Repair, Subrogation, and/or Risk Management are preferred.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: This position is remote however there may be times when associate needs to be in the office for in person training.
Positions Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Travel: Travel is not required for this role.
Physical Demands: The position requires the individual to spend extended periods of the time working on a PC while sitting at a desk.
