This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating an exceptional experience for students, families, and staff.Description of Role:Manage the studio's daily operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional environment.Oversee class schedules, teacher assignments, and studio calendars using scheduling software.Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring satisfaction.Support and mentor staff to align with Destiny Studios mission and values.Coordinate studio events, including showcases and community outreach activities.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.Ensure adherence to studio policies and procedures, including billing and attendance tracking.Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement.Manage inventory and supplies, ordering as needed to support studio operations.Represent Destiny Studio professionally in all communications and interactions.Qualifications + Requirements:Music Experience: A background in music is required, with the ability to understand music concepts and terminology.
