Join us in our journey to make personalized nutrition accessible and impactful.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager, Conversion & Retention to lead our efforts in guiding members through their personalized wellness & health journey. From their initial introduction to our products and services to their continued engagement and loyalty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their experience. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to Milwaukee or tradeshows. Candidate must be located in one of the following markets: Milwaukee, Madison, or Chicago.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement programs to engage and enroll new clients into long-term programs that provide subscriptions to GenoPalates personalized genomic nutrition products and services.Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.Create and execute personalized marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, and website.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer journey.Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing the member experience.Manage and execute marketing automation processes to nurture leads and drive conversions.Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to continually improve strategies.Coordinate with the Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce to align lifecycle marketing efforts with overall business goals.Qualifications:Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on lifecycle or customer journey management.Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Previous experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.Previous experience or familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.Why GenoPalate:Be part of an innovative company at the forefront of personalized nutrition.Join an exciting startup environment with opportunities for growth and impact.Receive stock options as part of our compensation package.Work in a supportive and collaborative environment.Enjoy the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and why they are a great fit for this role to careers@genopalate.com.Join us in transforming the way people approach their health through personalized nutrition.
