POSITION SUMMARY:
Leave behind the unpredictability, risk, and long hours of running your own practice and join our team as a salaried Associate Financial Advisor! We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our PFG family. The role will focus on supporting existing clients/client accounts of our firm and will report directly to our Business Development Manager. This individual will not be required to grow or develop a book of business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for broker-dealer client accounts
Manage and oversee account servicing requests such as withdrawals, new contributions, and beneficiary changes
Respond in a timely manner to client account inquiries
Conduct client meeting updates and account reviews
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Proactively identify opportunities for client growth & engagement
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
Educating clients on financial products and market trends
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products
Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS:
Series 7, Series 63, and Life & Health License or the ability to gain licensure immediately
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
Experience: 3-5 years as a Financial Advisor
