Responsible for the day-to-day commercial activities on the Trailblazer CO2 pipeline system as the primary customer point of contact which includes customer communication, contract management, scheduling, interfacing with operations and invoicing supportEducation:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience/Specific Knowledge:
Minimum five (5) years of experience actively working in the midstream industry in a customer-facing role.
Advanced proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).

Must have a high desire to understand utilization of Tallgrass assets and how they are impacted by industry dynamics.
Must be a highly motivated individual that requires minimal supervision to accomplish goals.

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position will be $95,000-$125,000/yr.
Manage and coordinate communications with the customer facilities and operations, including any planned maintenance activities
Manage the monthly scheduling process
Administer the pipeline prorationing process
Monitor intra-month pipeline capacity on the system
Inter-departmental coordinator for data requests, accounting questions, regulatory filings, Tariff updates, internal and external audit.
Ensure accurate information is provided to Accounting and Regulatory
Evaluate, recommend, implement, and maintain customer support and service applications and tools
Coordinate monthly pipeline close with Measurement, Scheduling, Accounting, and Information Technology (IT).
Maintain effective relationships with Trailblazer customers
Communicate with customers (current and prospective) on a regular and consistent basis to understand needs and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided by the Company
Maintain the Trailblazer contract data base, and an in depth knowledge of the existing customer contracts
Understand customer utilizations of Tallgrass services to understand customer business and uncover business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Exercise decision making authority when needed and assess the level of decisions that can be made versus those that should be brought to upper management.
Set self-imposed deadlines and communicate to management and demonstrate ownership in assigned projects and resolution of customer maintenance issues.
Ensure that all issues and projects receive the appropriate level of urgency within own workload and that of others involved in the matter.
Work with internal departments including but not limited to scheduling, control center, system design, project management, regulatory, legal, and environmental.
Develop presentations for customers and management.
Bring new, creative growth to the assets.
Communicate with management on goals and objectives as requested.
Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy, and professionalism.
Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills and listen carefully.
Maintain a regular, dependable attendance and a consistently high level of performance.
Will work non-traditional hours as needed.
Will travel as needed.
Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.
