Job Description:
Location: Sacramento, CA
Salary: $21.00 USD Hourly - $22.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Deposit Acct Servicing Tech I
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, On-Site
Preferred Experience:
- Banking experience (not required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Post fees and process account inquiries
- Meet daily production deadlines with high quality and quantity in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strict confidentiality of member account transactions and credit union information
Requirements:
- Call center and/or member service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Reliable and dependable (handling an average of 1,000 calls per month)
- No upcoming vacations within the next 6 months
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Specialized Role:
- Handle calls related to deceased accounts, dealing with upset family members
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and ensure callers feel they received the best service of the day
- Handle phone calls for the majority of the day
