Description:
Our client is seeking a Cheers CRM Analyst to enhance and optimize the Cheers CRM product for their national call center team.
Responsibilities include:
- Enhancing reporting capabilities
- Improving workflows for offshore staff
- Exploring the use of a new API/bot to authenticate patients before they reach an advocate
Required Skills:
- Certification in Cadence or Prelude
- Experience with Cheers CRM is essential
