Location: Cincinnati, OH

Description:
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage short-term and immediate maintenance objectives.


• Allocate work orders and ensure timely completion of repair tasks.


• Conduct lock out/tag out procedures on machinery.


• Acknowledge and reward team members, while addressing performance issues.


• Perform routine safety inspections.


• Provide guidance, motivation, training, and professional development to team members to enhance their performance and growth.


• Monitor and ensure the completion of assigned work orders.


• Handle and manage necessary paperwork.


• Perform other relevant duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.


• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food manufacturing facility.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide positive reinforcement.
