Position: Production Associate - Assembly


1st shift: 8am-4:30pm


Days: Monday-Friday


Pay Rate: $20 per hour


Job Duties:

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
  
• Identify and resolve production-related issues.
  
• Ensure a safe and tidy work environment.
  
• Conduct product inspections and quality assurance tests.
  
• Record production data and outcomes.
  
• Interpret and follow assembly drawings and blueprints.
  
• Assemble and test products according to quality standards.
  
• Perform quality inspections on parts and finished products.
  
• Set up and maintain production equipment.
  
• Detect and address production challenges.
  
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments.
  
• Adhere to established production methods and standards.
  
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
  
• Work collaboratively with a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production.
  
• Familiarity with electronic product manufacturing in an ISO9001 environment.
  
• Ability to learn and follow various production processes.
  
• Attention to detail for accurate and efficient production.
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple components of the production process.
  
• Effective communication skills with team members and supervisors.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and fast-paced environments.
  
• Time management skills to complete tasks within allotted time frames.
  
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (20-50 lbs).
  
• Experience in handling electronic components and observing ESD procedures.
  
• Understanding of proper escalation and adherence to policies and procedures.
