Job Summary:

• Maintains the data entry of all orders coming in and out of the factory.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Keypunches Bale orders and Sample orders.
• Keypunches all ring orders
• Corrects any mistakes made on the ring orders.
• Exports work at the end of the day.
• Runs reports for H.J. ring backlogs.
• Verifies that ring orders are correct with Customer Service Representatives.
• Also trained in other areas.
• Any additional duties are to be performed as directed by the "Supervisor".

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/ GED equivalent suggested.
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Must be able to work overtime and on Saturdays during busy seasons
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently.

• Proficient computer skills: Sending e-mails, working with word processing and spreadsheet software programs. (Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a plus)

• Strong communication skills
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work well with people having different ethnic, social, or educational backgrounds; understand the cultural differences of different groups.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to walk around the office and plant, up and down stairs and through the factory briskly.
• Near Vision
• Finger agility is required for operations of computer keyboard and adding machine
• Must be able to endure long periods of sitting.
