Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Independent Living Services Coach to build strong, consistent relationships with youth and young adults, understand their needs, goals, and aspirations. Coaches support participants as they transition to adulthood to ensure that their needs are met, and their goals are achieved. You will work alongside the participant as they navigate community services to achieve their goals. You will collaborate with partners and services provided at the drop-in center and in the community to enhance engagement and success.
