The Finance Manager Enabling Functions will be part of the VMRD and Enabling Functions Finance team and will report to the Finance Director, Enabling Functions. The job responsibilities will consist of the following, but not limited to:
Monitor, track, evaluate, and report performance across certain enabling functions with proactive identification of issues, opportunities, and challenges.
Act as supporting business partner to the Enabling Functions and respective leadership teams, primarily supporting EVP, Executive Counsel, and respective Legal LT
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting (operating expenses and capital investments, when applicable); perform supporting analysis to explain underlying business dynamics and results.
Assist in developing and maintaining financial models, trend and scenario analysis, dashboards and reports to support the business with financial and strategic initiatives and insights.
Develop data visualization content to clearly and effectively convey the story, impact, and opportunities inside the data.
Support finance team with close processes including operating expense analysis and other P&L line items and preparing materials for financial review with senior leadership.
Assist with required forecasts and Annual Operating Plan submission including report generation, template management, analysis of forecast submission across all aspects of the P&L
Assist with timely creation of executive presentations, materials, and insights to facilitate finance reviews and decision making
Ensure compliance with existing and established company internal controls, and financial polices procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both written and verbally.

Strong analytical background with strategic thinking capabilities
Experience with visualizing data in Power BI required.
High-energy, self-starter who can function autonomously, and can independently prioritize and handle multiple tasks .
Strong relationship building skills in effort to become a trusted partner, interacting effectively across peers and internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance/insights in support of business operations.
Solid understanding of financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial systems, and processes (SAP, OneStream, Essbase, Anaplan)
Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet software (EXCEL), PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Suite/Apps.
Educational requirements and job experience:
5-7 years' work experience in a corporation in a financial planning and analysis function with strong track records of business partnering.
Experience in FP&A, modeling and forecasting tools is required.
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economics
MBA is a plus; CPA is a plus but not required.
