Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Manage multiple commercial interior renovation projects ($25K-$5M) from inception to completion, serving as primary point of contact for clients and superintendents
Ensure project delivery within established timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards
Oversee project documentation including contracts, meeting minutes, change orders, and submittals using Procore
Collaborate with Project Coordinator on financial aspects including payment applications and lien releases
Review and interpret plans and specifications while supporting field and estimating staff
Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
Manage multiple concurrent projects while pursuing new business opportunities
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with corporate policies
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in a technical, construction-related field (i.e.: architecture, construction management, engineering) preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2-4 years of Project Management experience in a Tenant Improvement/Restoration construction environment.
Knowledge & Skills
Must be able to perform multiple tasks and handle multiple priorities.
Knowledge of computer operations and standard software packages.
Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite.
Able to demonstrate experience in the management of construction designs, budgets and schedules.
Experience in delivery of projects on-time and on-budget.
Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with superiors, co-workers, clients and subcontractors
Able to provide oversight and direction to junior staff
Additional Information
The annualized salary range for this role is $90,000-110,000.
