Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with 3-5 years- of PI plaintiff experience for our client a Texas Personal Injury firm. This role directly supports one Partner. The ideal candidate will be sharp, knows the business Personal Injury, draft documents, communicates with experts, calendaring, medical records, reductions. This position is 100% on site.



Responsibilities



Handle office management responsibilities


Schedule depositions, meetings, mediations, hearings


Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing all documents


Maintain office schedules


Send out correspondence to parties via email or certified mail


Manage emails, phone calls, and voicemails


Organizing, maintaining, and managing case files


Tracking filing and response deadlines


Assist attorneys in all administrative areas including marketing


Maintain a professional demeanor when working with staff and clients
