Schedule: Monday through Wednesday
8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m with a 45-minute lunch break
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Our client, a Chicago based nonprofit, is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to add to their team!
Responsibilities:
Open and process approximately 500 pieces of returned mail daily.
Extract brochures from returned mail and transcribe relevant information into an Excel spreadsheet.
Perform additional data entry duties as assigned.
Assist with pulling creative (art) from project file folders.
Append creative assets to PowerPoint (PPT) slides.
Utilize PowerPoint to incorporate PDFs, text boxes, shapes, and other visual elements as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, including working with PDFs, text boxes, and shapes.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
