As Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the financial and operational aspects of electrical projects, ensuring seamless execution from estimating through to job closeout. This includes managing project budgets, schedules, and invoices, conducting site visits to ensure work quality, and collaborating with senior management to implement profitable strategies. You will also provide leadership and guidance to superintendents, address customer issues, and oversee procurement and subcontracting processes.

Responsibilities:
Oversee project financials, including change orders and forecasting
Ensure smooth transition from estimating to field operations by attending kickoff meetings
Conduct site visits to ensure work quality
Collaborate with senior management and estimators to implement profitable strategies
Set clear objectives for superintendents and provide guidance/feedback
Address and resolve customer issues
Develop budgets, schedules, and monthly invoices
Procure materials and subcontract lower-tier contractors
Review project costs and prepare monthly financial summaries
Handle job closeout procedures
Perform post-project evaluations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
This company works on a diverse range of projects. While experience with large-scale multi-family or commercial projects is ideal, candidates with experience in other types of projects are also encouraged to apply.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical project management.
Strong foundational knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating.
Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or multi-family projects.
Seeking candidates with leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore software is a plus.

Base Salary: $90k - $120k, negotiable upon experience.
