This international financial services industry leader has an immediate 6-12+ month contract opportunity (with strong chance for conversion) in Arlington, TX for a SailPoint Global IAM Engineer. This position requires working onsite 2 days per week in Arlington. Open to local DFW candidates available to come onsite as needed and when/if it converts to permanent. The Global IAM Engineer is responsible for supporting IAM solutions for the following; end user provisioning, certifications, authentication management and privilege access management. This role will be expected to make daily operational decisions with guidance from leadership and other engineers. Day-to-day operations will involve Identity Access management development commonly in Java and PowerShell, Credential and Access Management product support and maintenance commonly in GUI with some PowerShell scripting. Basic understanding of API connections will be helpful in solution-oriented discussions. Additional daily responsibilities will involve ticket queue and incident management, SLA adherence, providing audit artifacts, and routine on-call rotations for after-hours support. Daily interaction with customers and leadership will require excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Identity and Access Provisioning and/or Security best practices and principles is required.
SailPoint IIQ (IdentityIQ) and SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud) experience is required.
SQL, Java, Powershell, and Active Directory experience is preferred.
Understanding of provisioning configurations, workflows, integrations, RBAC and certifications.
Basic knowledge in Infrastructure design and management.
Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes.
PAM experience required using credential management, sessions management tools is desired.
High level understanding of technology infrastructure, security concepts and platforms.
Basic knowledge of the OSI model and security that is associated with each layer.
Basic understanding of application layer protocols including HTTP, SSH, SSL, and DNS.
Knowledge of IT security processes and controls as well as IT infrastructure and networking technical knowledge.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
Ability to work and make decisions both independently and in a team environment.

Conducting meetings to gather information for business requirements.
Designing and improving existing IAM processes.
Granting and maintaining data integrity for all internal and external applications.
Providing knowledge and assistance in the handling of routine and ad hoc report requests.
Identifying and understanding mission critical and compliance sensitive applications, for support or monitoring by the Global IAM team.
Integrating enterprise applications with Identity and Access Management platforms including but not limited to Active Directory, LDAP, databases.
Implementing provisioning processes for identity accounts and entitlements.
Participating in agile ceremonies.
Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to peers to ensure high quality product delivery.
Assisting in the migration to SaaS solutions.
Performing system health checks, applying fixes, adding alerting as needed.
Interacting with business units and ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained.
Being available and accessible for after-hours support.
