Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in roles such as Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar positions.
- Expertise in ETL processes and tools, with a deep understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reporting techniques.
- Strong background in data modeling and database design.
- Knowledgeable in data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Experienced in cloud infrastructure, especially AWS, and its data solutions.
- Skilled in using Snowflake Data Warehousing hosted on AWS.
- Familiar with Matillion or similar ETL tools to manage data integration.
- Experienced with Tableau or other BI tools to create insightful data visualizations.
- Strong understanding of data quality and security practices to ensure reliable and secure data handling.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for tackling complex data challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment.
- Capable of working under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven situations.
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
