- Identify and report any issues related to credit bureau reporting to management
- Verify and update consumer debt information in relevant reporting systems
- Maintain appropriate documentation of dispute investigations as required by applicable regulations
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to complete tasks and meet operational objectives
