Our client is a leading manufacturer of refuse vehicles, in immediate need of a Director of Supply Chain to base out of their MS or IA location. The Supply Chain Director role involves leading procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships to optimize supply chain operations across primary factories in Iowa and Mississippi. Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain, this position emphasizes strategic planning, change management, and collaboration with manufacturing and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include developing supply chain strategies, managing supplier relationships, driving cost efficiency, mitigating risks, and integrating advanced technologies. The role requires 10-15 years of supply chain leadership experience, expertise in MRP processes, and strong leadership skills, with a preference for candidates with an MBA, certifications, and heavy equipment manufacturing experience.
