Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Data Entry Specialist. This position is fully remote and will align to CST hours.

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will support the essential day-to-day operations of the Sales Operations Team by entering and updating customer orders and quotes from the deal desk into Salesforce. Your high attention to detail when inputting key information will prevent clerical error and will optimize company operations.
Responsibilities
Input essential numerical and text data from Salesforce to process and maintain company records
Ensure accuracy of current and past data to optimize workflow of sales departments across the organization
Monitor spreadsheets for error, using formulas to quickly enter and uncover issues as quickly as possible
Desired Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in Data Entry or related field
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Experience working with Customer Data, Purchase Orders, etc.
Prior experience in the financial, banking, or FinTech industry a plus!
