Our client is in search of an Epic Manager with a background as an Epic Analyst and having Managerial expertise.
The selected candidate will assume the role of overseeing the day-to-day management of the applications team responsible for supporting designated Epic applications, modules, third-party applications, and Community Connect sites.
The chosen candidate will have the flexibility to opt for a hybrid schedule in VA/or work onsite. It's crucial to note that residency in the local Roanoke area is expected.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of combined experience as a Team Lead and Manager, with Epic certification.
Experience as an Epic Certified Analyst required.
Project Management experience, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and testing.
Management skills of hiring, firing, evaluations, and providing mentorship.
Ability to be hands-on when necessary, involving tasks such as building, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to interfaces, processes, and procedures.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Preference for ITIL certification and possession of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience of 4 years or more will be considered).
