The ServiceNow Technical Lead will spearhead of development efforts, ensuring a smooth transition and a robust roadmap for future growth. This role is pivotal in leading delivery while building a sustainable, high-performing development team for ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities: • Oversee delivery of ServiceNow development initiatives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices. • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers. • Identify and address gaps in current development practices, aligning with organizational goals. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to define and execute the ServiceNow roadmap. • Transition development responsibilities from Cognizant to an internal team by May. • Build and scale internal scrum teams to support future platform enhancements.
Qualifications: • Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development and configurations. • Proven experience leading development teams, including code reviews and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex team dynamics. • Experience in ITSM, ITOM, and Knowledge Management preferred. • Industry experience (e.g., retail) not required.
