This is a permanent, onsite role based in Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL.
Position Overview for the DevOps Engineer:
Implement, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines in a classified environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Systems Administrators, Security) to streamline and optimize pipeline workflows.
Ensure the security and integrity of CI/CD pipelines, integrating DEVSECOPS best practices.
Leverage tools such as Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence for pipeline management.
Ensure compliance with security standards, including STIGs and Multi-Factor Authentication, in a classified environment.
Required Skills for the DevOps Engineer:
5+ years of experience in CI/CD pipeline management and system administration, particularly in a classified environment.
Proficiency in Linux administration, shell scripting, and managing repositories (Red Hat preferred).
Experience with tools like Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
Knowledge of DEVSECOPS and securing pipeline environments.
Familiarity with Agile practices and working in Agile development teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Active SECRET clearance is required for this position.
