Insight Global is looking for an IT Support employee to join an amazing IoT startup in their Atlanta, GA office. This person will be responsible for Tier I/II support in the office for all internal employees. You will be imaging computers (95% mac/ios, 5% windows), supporting basic ticketing requests for internal employees only, and helping with basic hardware set-up in office. You will be an on-site support for anyone who needs help as soon as possible. We are looking for an individual with high energy and an interest in growing their career with a great company, someone with high attention to detail, strong fundamentals of IT, and a candidate who can join the team in a long-term setting.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical support or customer service environment supporting Mac OS (95%), Windows(5%) and Linux exposure
- Experience working as internal IT Support
- Experience with basic technical support with Zoom/ experience setting up Zoom rooms
- Incredibly sharp, strong attention to detail, and very strong written and verbal communication
- Effective workstation lifecycle management: new hires, refreshes, break-fix, decommissioning
- Maintain asset inventory records through Google Sheets and Snipe (asset management platform)
- Document support tasks, identify process improvements where needed, and create/streamline repeatable processes for the IT team
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of work experience supporting and navigating systems such as SSO identity providers (Okta), GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Meraki
- Familiarity with A/V, network infrastructure, MDM, endpoint protection, Identity & access management, content management and other SaaS Ops tools
- Knowledgeable with TCP/IP, VLANS, DNS, DHCP, SSL, VPN, etc
