About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Release and Change Manager to oversee and coordinate infrastructure, software, and hardware changes across mission-critical systems. This role is pivotal for ensuring smooth deployments, maintaining system integrity, and delivering reliable IT operations through effective change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate release planning meetings, ensuring clear communication of timelines and dependencies.
Manage release schedules and infrastructure initiatives across multiple applications and environments.
Plan and execute end-to-end release cycles, including tracking deliverables, obtaining test sign-offs, and managing deployments across non-production and production environments.
Develop and maintain detailed release plans and coordinate pipeline reviews for upcoming changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in IT Release and Change Management roles.
5+ years of experience supporting system integration processes in enterprise environments.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow (experience in JIRA to SNOW migration is a plus).
Strong SQL skills (joins, k-statements) and advanced Excel experience for analysis and reporting.
Working knowledge of ITIL Best Practices (Change/Release/Incident/Problem Management).
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL V4 Certification.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure environments.
Proficiency in scripting tools (e.g., VB Scripting) or additional data analysis tools.
