What You'll Do:
Manage key systems, including VMware, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Maintain daily operations of IT services, including ticketing systems, user account management, and endpoint support.
Ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
Manage vendor relationships for services.
What Experience You'll Have:
Proven experience in IT infrastructure leadership, including cloud migration projects.
Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, VMware, and SAN storage solutions.
Hands-on experience with endpoint protection tools and SIEM systems.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools and systems like Horizon VDI, KBOX, and Power Automate.
