Seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the implementation, integration, and maintenance of all business-critical IT systems for the company-wide operations. Responsibilities include strategic planning, e-commerce, customer experience, AI initiatives, vendor management, security, compliance, SaaS applications, ERP systems, team leadership/development and more to ensure that these solutions are aligned with the company goals.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an IT or related management role including staff oversight for mentorship, training and development.
Professional communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and experience with a wide variety of IT systems and platforms and the aptitude for learning new systems/programs.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
