An employer in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join the customer operations team. This person will act as the liaison between the lab operations team and the clients. They will be a first-line response to inquiries submitted through their new ticketing system, Halo. They will be responsible for gathering data and providing information to the clients from lab. This is a contract role for 6 months (with possible extensions) that pays ranging from $16-18/hour based on experience.
