A premier Global Engineering and Production Innovator in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to be the right hand to two influential Global Leadership executives. With a competitive salary range of $75,000-$95,000 and a hybrid work schedule, as well as comprehensive benefits including health and wellness benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
  • Orchestrate complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee intricate travel arrangements across time zones to ensure smooth executive experiences.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the executives, expertly handling high-priority communications and maintaining seamless information flow.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute essential meeting materials, presentations, and reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental meetings, ensuring stakeholders are prepared and aligned for effective collaboration.
  • Manage expense reports, track budgets, and process invoices with precision and attention to detail.
  • Lead the planning and execution of leadership events, including logistics, agendas, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and provide updates to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting executive leadership, ideally within a global organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to anticipating executive needs.
  • Unwavering professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
