Courier Express is currently accepting applications for a full-time Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep to work Monday - Friday. Weekends vary. We service a wide variety of customers by providing transportation solutions customized to each business. Remote work full time with in person monthly training.
Qualifications:
-Receive and enter orders for products or deliveries
-Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
-Monitor the route and status of drivers to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
-Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
-Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activates and other information.
Candidate should have clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment; ability to recognize issues proactively; problem solving abilities; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in dispatching is preferred, however not required. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required. Interested candidates must have a clean background, MVR, and be able to pass a drug screen.
