We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Services Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing our positive culture by leading key People Services initiatives, providing strategic support to team members, and ensuring that our HR practices align with our company values. The People Services Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor, partner with various departments, and contribute to a workplace where employees feel connected, supported, and motivated.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000 / year
The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market.
Essential Responsibilities
Culture Champion: Support and promote a positive workplace culture by assisting in the development and implementation of programs that enhance employee engagement.
First Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions. Provide white glove service through delivering prompt and accurate information, ensuring employees feel supported and informed.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on People Services policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.
Leave & Benefits Administration: Manage leave of absence requests and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Educate employees on available benefits and assist them in navigating the process.
Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed, well informed, and integrated.
Performance Management: Partner with leadership to implement and manage performance review processes that encourage growth, recognize achievement, and address areas for development.
Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure HR policies are consistently applied and aligned with our cultural values. Assist in developing and updating policies to reflect best practices and legal compliance.
Compensation & Benefits: Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs that reflect our commitment to fairness and employee satisfaction.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage People Services documentation with confidentiality and attention to detail; ensure data accuracy in the HRIS; gather data, develop reports, and share information as needed.
Must Have
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience: 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience Licensure: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence rather than formal authority.
Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage at all organizational levels; high emotional intelligence is essential.
