We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to attract top-tier talent, primarily for the US, based in our Portsmouth office. You will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive recruitment strategies and provide expert guidance.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Advising hiring managers and C-suite on talent acquisition best practices.
Implementing structured interview techniques.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand talent needs.
Supporting international recruitment initiatives.
Continuously improving recruiting processes and tools.
Developing creative sourcing strategies, including diversity initiatives.
Leading interview skills training for hiring managers.
Representing Novocure's values and culture to candidates.
Championing diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
10+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a corporate or RPO environment.
Experience in pharma, medical devices, med tech, or healthcare preferred.
Strong skills in sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience with global talent acquisition strategies.
