Junior Project Manager / Scrum Master / Business Analyst
On-site - San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the relationships between Information Technology applications and their respective business stakeholders.
Engage with business stakeholders and interface with multiple departments across our End-user communities to ensure accurate and complete requirements are shared with the development teams.
Manage the day-to-day development activities such as assigned project work, defect and bug management, and support of ongoing business processes.
Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, program increment planning, and retrospectives.
Maintain the backlog and prioritize work items according to the business value and stakeholder feedback.
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's performance, progress, and productivity.
Assist in strategic development, execution, management, and break down of defined work.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience working in an agile technical environment as a business analyst and/or project manager.
Ability to work across multiple, distributed, functional groups.
Strong enterprise-wide vision (seeing the big picture) with strong attention to detail.
Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of agile methodologies such as kanban and scrum and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Additional Qualifications:
Certifications or relevant training in any of the following areas: Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Quality Management or Engineering.
Experience with Scaled Agile Execution (SCRUM/KANBAN concepts).
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all levels of employees.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
