About the Company: Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their corporate M&A team in Boston.

About the Role: Full-time, Direct Hire

Candidate should possess excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.

This roles will cover a variety of the private equity market, such as fundraising and investment fund formation, direct investments, portfolio company management & acquisitions, and platform exits.

Annual Salary: Up to $310,000

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of private equity transactional experience.
• Member of the Massachusetts Bar.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.

• High Attention to Detail.
• Strong Organizational Skills.
