Key Responsibilities :
Deliver Transformative Program Leadership
Implement 120VC ways of working to align and optimize initiatives that achieve clients' strategic objectives.
Ensure initiatives are rationalized, stakeholder demand is established, and will measurably improve customer satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and/or profitability.
Transform PMOs into profit centers, delivering results 227% better than the industry average, with 98% on-time and on-budget delivery.
Provide performance coaching to client executives and direct reports to optimize their operations and mission-based ways of working.
Keep your Transformation Practice Lead informed on progress, obstacles, and solutions to enable continuity in your absence.
Guide and Develop Project Leaders
Hire, train, and coach team members to master and implement 120VC's ways of working.
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team culture.
Contribute to Leadership Accelerator Forums to identify and drive proactive client improvements.
Conduct weekly 1-to-1s and attend at least three client leadership meetings weekly.
Strategically Manage Resources, Risks, and Dependencies
Maximize initiatives delivered within time and budget constraints by coordinating resources and managing dependencies.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless delivery and peak efficiency with built-in redundancy.
Stay informed on Project Leaders' progress to enable continuity when needed.
Drive Client Relationship Management and Growth
Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and transformational leader.
Secure client referrals and expand 120VC's presence in new and existing accounts.
Identify business opportunities and enhance client relationships to support 120VC's growth.
Qualifications for 120VC Program Manager - Associate Practice Lead
Experience
8-10 years in program management, overseeing interdependent projects aligned with strategic objectives.
Proven success leading Project Leaders and delivering measurable organizational outcomes.
Prior experience in management consulting, ideally with a firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, or another leader in strategy, transformation, and operational excellence.
Leadership Skills
Skilled in mentoring and developing high-performing Project Leaders.
Strong ability to foster trust, collaboration, and accountability within team environments.
Strategic and Operational Proficiency
Expertise in managing program-level resources, risks, and dependencies.
Proficient in tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with budgets and goals.
Communication and Relationship Management
Excellent communicator with experience influencing stakeholders and building client trust.
Proven ability to present program updates and outcomes to executive leadership.
