Our client is looking for an Epic Certified Ambulatory Analyst to join their team. The team focuses on Bones, Wisdom, Behavior Health and Pheonix .
Epic ClinDoc, OpTime or ASAP analyst with solid build experience that knows the following: flowsheets, smartforms, and BPAs are encouraged to apply.
Key Projects:
As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to innovative projects, including:
ART (Artificial Intelligence for Epic Inbasket): Scheduled to launch in 2025.
AI Clinical Summaries: Enhancing automation and insights within Epic systems.
Interface Expansion: Adding new vendor integrations to improve system interoperability.
Daily Responsibilities:
Manage and support complex clinical and business applications to meet client needs.
Oversee the design, build, testing, debugging, and implementation of system functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to applications within the Ambulatory workflow.
Essential Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Certified in Epic Ambulatory is preferred, though Epic OpTime or ClinDoc certifications will also be considered.
Proficient in rules, remote device monitoring, orders, order transmittal, and managing workflows across ambulatory departments.
Expertise in smart forms, flowsheets, and BPAs.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Builder/Analyst, with a proven track record of system development and support.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects (formal project management experience is a plus but not required).
