We are looking for a driven and talented full-time salaried in-office Real Estate Auctions Office Manager to oversee operations and contribute to the continued growth of Target Auction Company. As our office manager, you will work closely with the company's leadership, offering direct support to our small, yet highly skilled group. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 (depends on experience and a current AL real estate license)

Qualifications
Digital marketing experience
Technologically-savvy
Proficient in Microsoft 365 products, specifically Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Project management or event planning experience
Previous work in a real estate setting or related office management experience
Current Alabama Real Estate License in good standing or willingness to become licensed by year-end 2025
Proactively adapts to an ever-changing daily routine and problem-resolution
Proven ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, relationship-building, organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities
Work in office from 8:30 am-5:00 pm CT Monday through Friday (40-hour work week)
Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
Demonstrate professionalism, positivity, and confidence in all communications
Manage company website, MLS, and other website advertising
Manage databases, social media accounts and create/send eblasts via Constant Contact
Create, review, and update documents
Verify rates and place advertising orders
Manage incoming calls
Assist with basic computer technical difficulties
Attend 1-2 training seminars annually
Be available for occasional weekend support
