Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 base salary + bonus

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support 1-2 senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Midtown Manhattan. This is a project-based role with a long-term opportunity to grow within the company. **CORPORATE ACCESS TOOL/CORP ACCS SYSTEM - HEAVILY PREFERRED
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Project Management: Assist in the coordination and execution of key business projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and initiatives are on track. Collaborate with teams across departments.
Client Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and ensuring timely communication.
Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for meetings, client interactions, and board communications.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, including business meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and coordinating any office-related needs.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably within financial services.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services and the business landscape, with experience working closely with senior executives in this field.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership, clients, and teams at all levels.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools, and other office software.
Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
