Job Description
1. Works with multiple stakeholders to build project schedules in Primavera 2. Conducts routine meetings with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain current and accurate schedules in Primavera 3. Provides routine summary portfolio and project level status reporting on schedule adherence 4. Support Project Managers in identify schedules and milestones at risk 5. Assists with tracking project costs including budget reforecasts, estimates versus actuals, accruals and contingencies 6. Communicates with and gathers information from other departments to ensure that project schedules, 7. Assists with the creation of major (specific) capital project budgets and estimates and in the development of cash flow projections
