Tiello has partnered with a highly successful
Security Integrator on their search for a
Project Manager focused on access control, CCTV, IP Video, burglar alarm, and visitor management solutions.
The
Project Manager will be a company representative and serve as a point of contact with the client and subcontractors when required.
Project Types: Commercial and Industrial New Construction, build outs, and retrofits Job Title: Project Manager (Commercial Security Systems) Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Status: Develop, monitor, track, and report project status to internal and external stakeholders.
Project Changes: Manage and document changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring clear communication and detailed documentation.
Documentation: Craft work plans, statements of work, stakeholder presentations, and security installation drawings to support project deliverables.
Project Progress: Perform site visits as required to maintain the project's pulse and ensure installation technician accountability.
Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure milestones, deliverables, and key activities are completed on time.
Job Costing: Verify all hours and expenses are appropriately logged to projects to maintain financial accuracy.
Change Orders: Facilitate, process and fulfill change orders during project lifecycle
Review project scope, objectives, and requirements to ensure alignment with technical capabilities and resources.
Evaluate and review products or solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and technical specifications.
Gather and evaluate necessary information, including intellectual property (IP) data and client technical points of contact.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and end users.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with job costing, documentation practices, and subcontractor management.
Experience in auditing and updating technical documentation is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
