Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and designers to create user-friendly experiences.
Translate art direction and visual design into compelling user experiences.
Own projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
Incorporate business goals into the design process.
Lead design reviews and presentations.
Qualifications:
3+ years of design experience with an online portfolio.
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
Highly creative with a passion for innovative design.
Experienced in collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Start-up experience preferred.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear.app is a plus.
