Seeking a C-Suite Executive Assistant for an investment firm in Dallas. Ideal candidates will have 7-10+ years of experience, a degree (not required but ideal), and bookkeeping experience.
Requirements:
Manage CEO calendar.
Handle confidential information.
Organize and maintain permanent files, records and databases (physical and digital).
Bookkeeping duties for payables using QuickBooks.
Arrange travel (domestic & international), accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence.
Assist with special projects that require project management skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven 5-7+ years of experience as an executive assistant.
In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
In-depth understanding of Quickbooks, virtual work tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and Adobe Pro.
