Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and handle all managed care payor contracts
Pre-litigation claim support and analysis is needed for disputes within managed care agreements
Manage a paralegal shared within the team
Analyze managed care contract and agreements for fraud and abuse and antitrust issues
